about
This track is dedicated to my grandmother, who’s currently fighting Parkinson’s Disease. It’s hard watching her slowly change into someone she’s not because of it, and this track is myself trying to come to terms with that reality.
You can check out “fatigue.” on Spotify, iTunes, Apple Music, Google Play Store, Tidal, Youtube Music, Amazon, Pandora, and more. Huge shoutout to Chris Mora at Warhorse Studios for recording, mixing, and mastering this track.
lyrics
fatigue.
If this is the last time that I see you
If this breath is the last that you draw
If we’re separated by a vast eternity
It’s all falling apart
(It’s all crashing down)
It’s all falling apart
(Is this the way it is)
And as your sun begins to set
I notice dread, and fear in my heart
Where would I be without you?
Would I be ripped apart?
Until there’s nothing left
There’s nothing left.
Don’t feel alone.
Cling tightly to the moments we make with passion embrace.
(Hold on)
I won’t let you go.
I can’t breathe.
Don’t let go.
I’m on my knees praying to a god that doesn’t care, for a cure that isn’t there
So I’ll cherish these moments, and never forget you
Saying I miss you is never enough
